Vinyasa Krama Yoga Series

6 week series: Mondays, March 21st-May 2nd (no class April 18th), 9:00-10:15 am

During this 6 week series students will practice asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to provide steadiness, focus and calmness.
