New Yoga Class at YogaSpace Starts Monday, November 28th!


Please join me for Flow Yoga on Mondays from 11:00-12:15 AM at YogaSpace located at 78 Stony Hill Rd. (Redwood Plaza) Rt 6, between exit 8 and exit 9 off I-84 in Bethel, CT 06801

This class strings yoga postures together in a flowing sequence of breath and movement. Sequences are conducted at a moderate pace to raise the heartbeat and create warmth in the body. Seated and/or moving meditation and relaxation are a part of each class. Suitable for students with an awareness of yoga postures and comfort with sustained movement. This yoga series is dedicated to the teachings of T.K.V. Desikachar, who recently passed away. We will practice asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation in order to cultivate health, steadiness, comfort and peace of mind. Beginner’s are welcome.
